Your Life Has Changed.

Your Home Should Too.

Why I Chose This

Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years solving problems in construction safety. Along the way, life handed me plenty of my own; divorce, helping aging parents, and a prostate cancer diagnosis that reminded me how quickly everything can change.

Those experiences shaped how I see real estate.

Buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property. It's usually about a life transition.

That's why I believe in slowing things down, explaining every step, and helping people make decisions they feel good about.

Something Close To Home

Life has a way of changing without asking permission. For me, it was a prostate cancer diagnosis in 2022. I was fortunate. My cancer was caught early, and today I have no evidence of disease.

That experience changed how I look at almost everything, including real estate. Buying or selling a home is often tied to moments that are exciting, stressful, unexpected, or emotional. I never forget that there's a real person behind every transaction.

That's why I believe in slowing things down, explaining every step, and never pressuring people into a decision they're not ready to make.
